Cold-rolled sections are formed from steel sheet in its cold state. Such sections are primarily used in trench shoring and for strengthening dikes because they combine a high structural stiffness with a low weight.
SCH Sections

The cold-rolled SCH range from thyssenkrupp offers a light weight, economical solution to meet the needs of today’s market. The SCH sections are produced with a hook connecting clutch, reliable and suitable for shoring or trenches, shafts and construction pits. The SCH sections are manufactured to comply with EN 10249 cold rolled sheet piles.
thyssenkrupp Infrastructure readily has stock available for sale in variable lengths.

SCU Sections
The cold rolled SCU range from thyssenkrupp combine great profile depth with excellent static properties. At manufacturing it is possible to assemble the piles into pairs. This improves the quality and performance of installation. The SCU sections comply with EN 10249 cold rolled sheet piles.
We can supply up to 850mm wide sections, but can also meet individual requirements at request.

SCZ Sections
The cold-rolled SCZ range from thyssenkrupp have a large width which provides superb installation performance and they have an extremely competitive section-modulus to mass ratio. They also have increased the inertia for reduced deflection. The SCZ sections are manufactured to comply with EN 10249 cold rolled sheet piles
